Crowd-cloud open science breakthrough - 13,000 genome database Northwestern University is reporting that 13,000 people are in the process of enrolling in the project to have the coding region of their genomes sequenced. To be shared, along with their medical records and other information, in an open-access database for analysis by geneticists and others around the world.
