A second lab is now reporting finding flu's Achilles' heel Scripps Research Institute says they have discovered a supermantibody, an antibody known as CR6261, that can both give humans lifelong protection against a majority of influenza viruses and also allow the development of much improved methods to treat those who go unvaccinated and come down with the flu.
